The dashboard 🖥️

Everything BMO does, configurable from your browser — no commands, no copy-pasting IDs.

The dashboard at bmobot.bot is the easiest way to run BMO. Sign in with Discord, pick your server, and every module is a settings page with dropdowns for your actual channels, roles, and emojis. Anything you can do with a slash command, you can do here — and a few things (like the embed editor and member analytics) only exist here.

Signing in and picking a server

Hit Sign in with Discord and you'll land on the Servers list. It shows every server where you have Manage Server permission and BMO is a member. Click one to open its dashboard.

• Just invited BMO and your server isn't listed? Use the refresh button — the page also watches for BMO joining a new server and takes you there automatically.
• There's also a public member lookup page that turns any Discord user ID into a profile card, no sign-in needed.

The sidebar: six pages plus Setup

Every server's dashboard has the same layout — a sidebar with six main pages, followed by the per-module Setup pages grouped by topic:

Overview

This is your server's home page, and where new setups should start.

Getting Started checklist

A progress card at the top tracks the essential setup steps — log channels, welcome messages, jail, anti-nuke, member guard, self roles, voice hub — and links each one straight to the right settings page. Each step explains what it does before you click. You can collapse the card once you're done.

Vanity link & rep

If your server has a custom invite link, BMO can reward members who "rep" it — putting your vanity in their custom status or server tag — with an automatic role. This form is where you configure it:

• The detected vanity invite code is shown read-only (the code itself is set in Discord under Server Settings → Invites).
• Optional server tag text and status trigger text overrides, plus a chat rep claim command members can type if the automatic signal misses them.
• Pickers for the rep role, media / extra role, booster reward role, and a thanks channel where BMO posts a thank-you when someone earns rep.

Chat alternative: members check their own status with /repstatus; staff can force a re-sync with /repsync.

Log channels

One combined form sets every logging destination in a single save: the audit log, security log, NSFW guard alerts, member-guard (alt detection) log, nickname-filter log, and the anti-nuke log. Set these early — most protection modules stay quiet until they have somewhere to post.

Stats and bot status

Stat cards show joins, leaves, voice time, and moderation actions for the last 7, 30, or 90 days (switchable with the period selector), plus an all-time member funnel and the bot's current latency. The Sync Commands button re-registers all slash commands with Discord — useful if a command isn't showing up in your server.

Analytics

Charts of your server's health over time: joins and leaves, message activity, voice usage, and your top active members. Pick 7, 30, or 90 days with the period selector. It's read-only — nothing here changes any settings.

Chat alternative: !activity posts a quick activity summary in Discord.

Members

Your whole member list as a searchable table, tracking each person through the journey from joining to posting an intro to becoming active.

• Search by name, and filter tabs for All, No Intro, No Message, Boosters, Jailed, and Left Server.
• Fetch profile looks up any member's current Discord profile; stale usernames in the table are refreshed automatically in the background.
• Jailed members are tagged 🔒 right in the list.

The Manage button

Every row has a Manage button that opens a moderation dialog — this is the fastest way to act on someone without switching to Discord. Actions available:

Inactive scan

Finds members who joined long ago but never participate, sorted into tiers (ghost, dormant, lurker). You set the criteria — joined at least N days ago, inactive at least N days, optionally only members with no intro — and review the list.

Mod log

The receipts page: summary stats of moderation activity, the 50 most recent moderation events (warns, jails, bans, purge kicks…), and warning counts per member, switchable by period. It's display-only — use the Members page or Discord commands to actually act.

Chat alternative: /warnings @user shows one member's warning history in Discord.

All embeds

Every fancy message BMO posts — welcome cards, the rules post, ban notices, boost thank-yous, the voice control panel, and more — is a template you can edit. The All embeds page lists them all: welcome, goodbye, rules, ban notice, boost thanks, rep thank-yous (status and server tag), media-lock warning, and the VoiceMaster panel.

• A live preview renders your changes exactly as they'll look in Discord, as you type.
• A built-in emoji picker inserts your server's own custom emojis.
• Each template saves independently, so experimenting with one can't break the others.
• The most-used templates also appear on their module's setup page (welcome and goodbye on the Welcome page, rules on the Rules page, and so on).

Setup: the per-module pages

Below the main pages, the sidebar lists a settings page for every module, grouped by topic. Each page is a plain form: channels, roles, and emojis are all pickers filled with your server's real ones — you never type an ID — and each field explains itself. Save, and the bot applies it immediately.

Which should I use — dashboard or commands?

Whichever you like; they write the same settings. A good split: do setup and one-time configuration in the dashboard (forms with pickers beat remembering command syntax), and use commands for day-to-day moderation in Discord, where you're already looking at the conversation. The All commands page lists every command if you prefer chat.
